Email and Telephone support during business hours between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Telephone support for critical issues after office hours within the business week (Monday to Friday)
Targeted 4-hour response during business hours
Targeted 24-hour resolution during business hours for minor support requests
Targeted 2-3 business days resolution for critical issues
Up to 4 hours on-site Consulting and/or Training per month

 

± Cost – 5% of the Yearly Contract Price

PREMIUM CARE
Email and Telephone support during business hours between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
24x7x365 Telephone support for critical issues
A dedicated team to handle support requests as a priority
Targeted 1-hour response during business hours
Targeted 4-hour resolution during business hours for minor support requests
Targeted 1-2 business days resolution for critical issues
Up to 20 hours on-site consulting and/or Training per month
Collaboratively working together on specific requirements
Visibility on deliverables in progress and upcoming features
Visibility on the progress of the support requests
Access to Beta Product (not a guarantee of acceptance)
Access to service summary reports quarterly
